winter wonder.

winter this year has been a frigid, snowy, icy pain in the butt. but gosh, it's also capable of being quite pretty.

related: it is a wonder that i didn't fall off the roof of the shed yesterday while clearing off the branches that fell in the ice storm.

and it will be an additional wonder if the butterfly bush survives the winter... fingers crossed!
