ugh... you know it's dishwasher safe. Take that baby apart and CLEAN IT! A Baby Nipple brush is great too, but I think you are ready to replace that thing.
i dishwashered it, and THEN doubled back over it all with a soapy q-tip this weekend. my bottle is now gross-free!
